Lack of Safety Audits Cost 350 Percent More on Claims

Non-compliance with health and safety legislation can cost 350 percent more than the cost of carrying out a safety audit, health and safety organization Olive Safety is warning companies in Ireland in the wake of figures released by the Health and Safety Authority.
The latest figures for non-fatal accidents indicate rising expenses to companies through costs and lost revenue.
It's no longer enough to assume that your company is safety compliant, as government legislation has increasingly placed the responsibility on companies themselves to review their safety system at least once annually.
