The rights to receive any financial or other benefit, and to modify the product or employ its components in any kind of derivative work, are reserved exclusively by the Company. You may not reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify, decompile or create derivative works of the product. You acknowledge that the product includes certain trade secrets and confidential information, all of which is the copyrighted intellectual property of the Company. Safety Made Easy and its Logo are trademarks of Molliwell Pty Ltd.

The licence fee may be extended from a single user, provided you have paid the appropriate licence fee for multiple users and have written advice from the Company that this is the case.
Warranties, Liability and Indemnities.
This manual and any other examples contained herein, are provided "as is" and are subject to change without notice. The Company makes no warranty of any kind in regard to this manual.
Except as expressly provided to the contrary in this agreement, the Company shall not be under any liability to the licencee in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) howsoever caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of the supply of the Products or Services pursuant to this licence agreement or the failure or omission on the part of the Company to comply with its obligations under this agreement. The licencee should check all reports at the time of production for their accuracy.
Except as expressly provided to the contrary in this Agreement, all warranties whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, relating in any way to the subject matter of the Agreement or to this Agreement generally, are excluded. Where any law implies in this Agreement any term or condition, and that law avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of or exercise of or liability under such term or condition, such term or condition shall be deemed to be included in this Agreement. However, the liability of Molliwell Pty Ltd for any breach of such term shall if permitted by that law be limited, a the option of Molliwell Pty Ltd to any one or more of the following:
- the replacement of the goods;
- the repair of such goods.
